Frequently asked questions
How do I purchase a painting?
Email/contact me with the name of the painting you’re interested in and your shipping address, and I’ll get back to you with the total cost (painting + shipping + applicable sales tax.) If you decide to purchase, I’ll send you a PayPal or Stripe invoice.
Do you accept returns?
Art is a very personal purchase, and sometimes a piece can feel different in person. If you buy a painting online and aren’t thrilled with it, you are welcome to contact me to return it in original condition for a refund (minus shipping costs.)
Are all your paintings for sale?
I remove paintings from the site when they sell, so alll the work on my site is, generally speaking, available for purchase. That said, I often submit work to galleries, and when a piece is accepted into a show, it may only be available for purchase through the gallery until the show closes, and this will be noted in the captions.
How much is shipping?
For prints, there is a flat $6 charge for domestic shipping. For paintings, I charge actual shipping costs—contact me with the painting you’re interested in and your zip, and I can give you an estimate of shipping costs.
Do you do commissions?
Sometimes! Shoot me a message, and we’ll talk.
Do I need to frame canvas paintings?
All my canvas paintings are painted on gallery-wrapped canvases, where the sides are just as much a part of the piece as the front. They are ready to hang and do not require a frame. Prints are the only artwork on my site that will benefit from framing.
